Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
At Velantak, we offer free shipping on all orders. You don’t have to worry about additional shipping costs what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at help@velantak.com with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.
Orders Returns
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified before processing. Please contact us as soon as possible at help@velantak.com to request any changes.

Returns
What is your return policy?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and issued to your original payment method.
