At Velantak, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Standard Return Policy

3. Refund Details & Processing

| Original Shipping Costs | Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake by Velantak (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). |
| Refund Processing Time | Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer typically takes an additional 5–7 business days to post the credit to your account. |
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at help@velantak.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
Wait for Authorization: We will respond within the stated response time (24 Hours) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address.
Ship: Package the item securely and ship it back to us. For returns due to buyer’s remorse, please use a trackable shipping service.
