At Velantak, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Standard Return Policy

Product ConditionItems must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
Non-Returnable ItemsGift cards, downloadable software, and certain personal care/hygiene products (if opened) are non-returnable.
ExchangesWe accept exchanges for the same item if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. For all other reasons, please process a return and place a new order.

3. Refund Details & Processing

Original Shipping CostsOriginal shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake by Velantak (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Refund Processing TimeOnce your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer typically takes an additional 5–7 business days to post the credit to your account.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at help@velantak.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within the stated response time (24 Hours) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship: Package the item securely and ship it back to us. For returns due to buyer’s remorse, please use a trackable shipping service.
