  • Processing Time: Once you confirm your order, we will process it within 24 hours. 

  • Transit Time: 1–2 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders within the United States


Courier Service

 

We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and USPS for all shipments.


Shipping Status

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately, don’t worry—we ensure your items are delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be swapped for other designs.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

 

If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery.
